Start Your Day with a Sumptuous Breakfast Made with Fresh Local Ingredients

 

Breakfast at the Manor House Inn is sure to be a memorable part of your visit with the ambiance provided by our lovely dining room and the fresh ingredients that make up our culinary creations.  

We prepare our breakfasts using quality ingredients- eggs from our own hens and seasonal favorites from local farms.  We use herbs, produce, cheese and jams from Husky Meadows, Freund’s, Lost Ruby and Lone Silo– just to name a few! Our incredible bacon and sausage is from Nodine’s Smokehouse.  And, of course, your stay with us isn’t complete without pure New England maple syrup.  We get ours from Mead’s sugarhouse which is just on the other side of Haystack Mountain.  We encourage you to take a stroll after breakfast to the Norfolk Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, where you can meet some of our wonderful local farmers and craftsman.

Each morning starts off with freshly brewed coffee and a selection of Harney & Sons teas in the Great Room. Guests are invited to dine at private tables between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m. in our bright dining room with exquisite stained glass windows and garden views. Breakfast favorites include Orange French Toast topped with plump berries and Asparagus Frittata with Caramelized Shallots and Goat Cheese.
