President of Ray Hospitality, Inc.

Rachel is a leadership coach with a background in business development. She has a Master of Science Degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and a passion for supporting others in their pursuit of well-being. She’s a member of the Conscious Business Collaborative in Connecticut, endeavoring to prioritize not just profits, but people and the planet we all share. Her hobbies include cooking, reading, and gardening. She also offers grief support services with a focus on the widowed community.

Nathan W. G. Roth

VP of Ray Hospitality & Director of Operations, Manor House Inn

Nathan is the Director of Operations at the Manor House Inn, a role he has held since 2022. With five prior years of experience in property management and sales, Nathan has been instrumental in overseeing Ray Hospitality’s physical assets and ensuring seamless operations. He works closely with the owners to execute property development initiatives prioritizing the functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal of the buildings and grounds. Nathan’s commitment to green building practices and energy-efficient solutions has been pivotal in reducing the inn’s environmental footprint.

A Quintessential New England Inn – Our stay at the Manor House Inn was exactly what we needed. The architecture was stunning, the room was cozy and impeccably clean, the food was delicious and nourishing, the staff was charming and warm, and the area is quintessential New England. When you close your eyes and imagine a Connecticut Inn, this is it. My wife who has a very, very sensitive dust mite allergy registered ZERO reaction which we have never experienced before at any other inn. Thanks so much to the amazing staff. We’ll be back!

The service, accommodations, and food exceeded expectations making The Manor House Inn the top choice for accommodations in Norfolk. We were able to take advantage of the New England weather with the cozy porch and appreciated the Tiffany stained glass windows. The interior decorating and cleanliness created an inviting warm welcome feeling and the outside grounds with a fire pit was perfect for a beautiful August evening. The food service was exceptional and timely allowing our group to focus on collaboration and building relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.

We felt like we were in Europe! The rooms and decor were simply stunning. A LOT of time, effort, and attention to detail to reminisce about the era. We will surely be back!
